Cheryl Youakim is one of those rare public servants who goes above and beyond duty in representing her constituents. Equally as important, as the House District 46B state representative, she does several things to facilitate two-way communication with us. First of all, she holds twice-a-month “Community Conversations” from January through April. These conversations alternate between the St Louis Park and Hopkins libraries, and anyone is welcome to drop in.
Cheryl also sends out an informative weekly newsletter during the legislative session to those who sign up for it. The newsletter explains what is going on at the state Legislature, and specifically what Cheryl is doing. Cheryl also holds regular town halls along with our other House District 46 Legislators where anyone is able to ask questions in a group setting.
Finally, Cheryl is extremely responsive in answering emails or telephone calls. This is particularly valuable for those who are unable to attend the conversations or town halls, or who prefer to speak individually with her.
Please join me in voting for Cheryl Youakim for House District 46B State Representative between now and Tuesday, Nov. 6.
